Cao Fei: Duotopia Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 at Memorial Art Gallery

The Memorial Art Gallery presents 'Cao Fei: Duotopia Vol. 1 and Vol. 2,' a pair of short videos by Chinese artist Cao Fei. Utilizing machinima techniques within the Yuanbang Meta City metaverse, the works depict Duotopia, a futuristic mobile city linked to a tentacled avatar, Oz. The title references multiple possible futures, reflecting diverse visions of utopia. The exhibition runs from November 4, 2026, through January 10, 2027, and admission is included with museum entry. Location is the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts.
